Pulse

Open it, and you already know what to do this week.

Pulse is your studio's weekly read. Two scores, the week's biggest movers, and the two or three things worth doing, each with the tab to open and the message already drafted.

A weekly Pulse for a demo studio: two scores, a summary of the week, the biggest movers, and the things worth doing
A weekly Pulse, shown for a demo studio. Every screenshot on this site uses demo data, never a real client's.

What it shows you

  • Two scores

One score for how the studio is running and one for how profitable it is. The parts behind each score are one click away.

  • The week in a paragraph

A plain English summary of what moved and what needs you, written from your own numbers.

  • The biggest movers

Visits, revenue, class fill, intro sign-ups and bookings, each against the week before.

  • The few things worth doing

Two or three actions, each with what's at stake, the tab to open, and the message to send.

The reading is done for you

Most reporting tools hand you a dashboard and leave you to work out what matters. Pulse does that part. It reads your whole studio each week and puts the few things worth your time at the top.

When you want more, each card points to the tab behind it, and Ask Signal is there for your own questions.

Community

A regular worth celebrating, caught in time.

Isabella is two classes off her 100th. Studio Signal catches it while there's still time, shows you the classes she's already booked so you can say it in person, and drafts the note in your voice.

Questions

How often is there a new Pulse?
Every week. Your first one follows shortly after you connect your booking platform.
Do I need to understand the numbers?
No. Every number comes with a plain English explanation, and the Pulse tells you what to do about it.
Does it message my clients for me?
No. Studio Signal drafts the message, and you decide whether to send it. It only ever reads from your booking platform, and never changes a booking, a client or a price.
