What it shows you

  • Which classes pay their way

    Each class is set against its instructor and its share of your other costs. You see whether it's above break-even, close to it, or under.

  • How many clients each class needs

    Studio Signal works out how many clients a class needs to cover its instructor, and how many to cover all its costs. You see how far a quiet class is from paying for itself.

  • Which timeslots run full

    A grid of every day and time shows how full each slot runs. Filter it by class type or by instructor.

  • Your busy and quiet hours

    Visits by hour and by day show your peaks, and the gaps in your timetable where nothing is running.

A full class isn't always a profitable one

Fill rate alone doesn't tell you whether a class makes money. Two classes can run equally full and earn very differently, because one costs more to run.

What costs does it count?
The instructor for that class, and the class's share of your other costs. So the break-even is what the class really costs to run.
Does it change my timetable?
No. It shows you which classes to move, merge or fill, and you decide. It only ever reads from your booking platform, and never changes a class, a booking or a price.
