Client Health

See which clients are drifting away, and who to reach out to first.

Studio Signal knows how often each of your clients usually comes. When someone slips below their own rhythm, it flags them, shows what they're worth to your studio, and drafts a personal message ready to send.

What it shows you

  • Who's at risk, and what they're worth

Every paying client is sorted into high, medium or low risk, with what they bring in each month beside their name. The clients most at risk sit at the top of the list.

  • Quiet, lapsed, or worth winning back

Clients who still pay but have gone quiet are the ones to save first. Clients who have recently lapsed, and older ones worth winning back, each get a list of their own.

  • A message ready to send

Pick a client and Studio Signal drafts a personal message for you to send. You don't start from a blank page.

  • A list you can correct

Know someone is away, or just not at risk? Park them until a date, or mark them safe, and the list updates. You never wade through names you already know about.

  • Who you've already contacted

Mark a client as contacted and the list remembers the date, so you can see at a glance who has already heard from you.

Each client's own rhythm, not a 30-day rule

A fixed rule, such as flagging anyone who hasn't been in for 30 days, gets it wrong both ways. It misses the regular who comes twice a week and has now been away for three weeks. It flags the once-a-month client who is right on schedule.

Studio Signal compares each client with their own usual pattern. The list you see is the people whose habits have actually changed, while there's still time to reach them.

Retention

A regular who's slipping, caught early.

Alexander normally trains twice a week. He's now 23 days quiet, four times longer than his rhythm, with about $7,200 a year on the line. Studio Signal flags him, points you to the right tab, and drafts a personal message ready to send.

Questions

How does it know a client is drifting?
It learns how often each client usually comes, then flags anyone who has dropped below that or gone quiet for well past it. A twice-a-week regular who hasn't been in for three weeks shows up. A once-a-month client who is on schedule doesn't.
Does it message my clients for me?
No. Studio Signal drafts the message, and you decide whether to send it. It only ever reads from your booking platform, and never changes a booking, a client or a price.
Which booking platforms does it work with?
Momence and Mindbody. Your ad accounts and your accounting can be connected too, so your bookings, your marketing and your money sit in one picture.
