Privacy & your data

The short version
Your studio's data is yours. Studio Signal only ever reads it, never changes it, never sells it, and never mixes it with other studios'. You can export or delete it whenever you want, and you can leave any time.
What it connects to
With your permission, Studio Signal connects to the tools you already use, your booking platform (like Momence), your ad accounts (like Meta and LinkedIn) and your accounting (Xero or MYOB), with more added over time. It only ever reads from these tools. It never writes to them or changes anything in your systems.
What it reads
Things like your bookings, classes, clients and their visit history, sales and pass purchases, marketing spend and results, and your income and expenses, used only to produce your insights and weekly Pulse.
What it never touches
Studio Signal doesn't access or store payment card numbers. It doesn't sell your data or share it for advertising. It doesn't pool it with other studios or use it to train anything across them.
Where it's stored
Securely, on trusted cloud infrastructure, kept separate from every other studio's data.
Your control
Ask me any time to export or delete your data and I'll do it. No lock-in, and if you leave, your data goes with you.
Cookies & analytics
This website uses a privacy-friendly analytics tool (Plausible) that measures visits without tracking you personally or using invasive cookies.
