The short version
Your studio's data is yours. We only ever read it, we never change it, we never sell it, and we never mix it with other studios'. You can export or delete it whenever you want, and you can leave any time.
What we connect to
With your permission, Studio Signal connects to the tools you already use, your booking platform (like Momence), your ad accounts (like Meta, Google and LinkedIn) and your accounting (Xero, QuickBooks or MYOB), with more added over time. We only ever read from these tools. We never write to them or change anything in your systems.
What we read
Things like your bookings, classes, clients and their visit history, sales and pack purchases, marketing spend and results, and your income and expenses, used only to produce your insights and weekly Pulse.
What we never touch
We don't access or store payment card numbers. We don't sell your data or share it for advertising. We don't pool it with other studios or use it to train anything across them.
Where it's stored
Securely, on trusted cloud infrastructure, kept separate from every other studio's data.
Your control
Ask us any time to export or delete your data and we'll do it. No lock-in, and if you leave, your data goes with you.
Cookies & analytics
Our website uses a privacy-friendly analytics tool (Plausible) that measures visits without tracking you personally or using invasive cookies.
